Designer dress made in USA. They are calling the color a dark turquoise blue, but turquoise has green in it. I do not see any green. I used a color chart and I see the color to be a Deep (or dark) Sky Blue color. The wide waist band looks almost black but it is a Dark Navy Blue with faux rhinestones accents. The wide waist band give you a slimmer looking waistline. Dress ties in the back and has a back zipper. Skirt is a slight A-Line.
